DTMaps Yellow Pages is a free service that will allow local businesses to promote their services and products using a versatile web media.

Consultation. DTMaps Yellow Pages offers a new way to consult the database of announcers by defining a geographical area of interest. The system will isolate the announcers of this area and show them through markers on the map, with their distance from the map center. The user will be able to individually browse the announcers and view their profiles.
General Terms

The customer is obligated to use the DTMaps Yellow Pages applications and those of third parties  in accordance with statutory and contractual provisions. The customer agrees in particular that: s/he will deliver all data submitted to DTMaps Yellow Pages or third parties in the form and quality prescribed by DTMaps Yellow Pages in accordance with the advertisement publication provisions of the corresponding applications; s/he is entitled to all data s/he has directly or indirectly provided to DTMaps Yellow Pages or third parties via third parties such as graphics, photos, plans, texts, software and sounds and may use the data within the scope of the contractual agreements with DTMaps Yellow Pages; the data submitted to DTMaps Yellow Pagesor third parties are complete and true and that s/he continuously keeps the data up to date; s/he accepts the respective terms of use. DTMaps Yellow Pages reserves the right to modify or completely rework the data submitted by the customer for technical reasons.

If DTMaps Yellow Pagess held responsible by a third party in connection with an agreement with the customer or in connection with the data and/or advertisement provided by the customer, the customer is obligated, when first requested to do so by DTMaps Yellow Pages, to make available to DTMaps Yellow Pages all documents and information deemed useful by DTMaps Yellow Pages for the avoidance of the claims asserted. If DTMaps Yellow Pages ssued in court by a third party in connection with an agreement with the customer or in connection with the data provided by the customer, the customer is obligated to intervene in the action after a third party notice has been issued. The customer is obligated, in any case, to all assume all court costs and out-of-court costs incurred by DTMaps Yellow Pages in connection with such claims by third parties and fully indemnify DTMaps Yellow Pages.
The customer is fully responsible for the content of the data s/he submits to DTMaps Yellow Pages, such as online ads and print orders. DTMaps Yellow Pages rejects any liability for the content submitted by the customer. In particular, DTMaps Yellow Pages does not warrant or guarantee the goods and services offered or contracts that may result, such as purchase contracts. This also applies to advertisements and print orders that are included by DTMaps Yellow Pages in the customer's order.
DTMaps Yellow Pages is liable only in the event of intent or gross negligence. DTMaps Yellow Pages is in no case liable for consequential damage and lost profits. If, despite all precautions, DTMaps Yellow Pages cannot perform its obligations due to events of force majeure such as natural disasters, acts of war, strikes, unforeseen official restrictions, technical failures that are attributable to third parties, the customer shall not be entitled to contract performance for the duration of the event. 
DTMaps Yellow Pages is not liable for abuse of the Internet and associated damage incurred by the customer via third parties, for security lapses and failures of third-party telecommunications networks and of the Internet or for operating disruptions and failures of the applications and online platforms and of DTMaps Yellow Pages and of third parties. DTMaps Yellow Pages assumes no liability for the software of other providers.

How To Prepare A Yellow Pages Entry For DTMaps
The success of the Yellow Pages record you will create with DTMaps will depend on the way you will prepare, document and promote the entry.
DTMaps Yellow Pages, will not guide you through standard questions that will categorize your item, like brokers' software do. You will be free to describe your item the way you want, Nevertheless, there are some steps that we would suggest you to go through in order to provide an accurate description.
  1. Select the appropriate DTMaps Yellow Pages category.
    These categories will be proposed to you when entering the record.
  2. Get digital photos of your Yellow Pages object.

  1. In the address field, enter either the town name or address of the area of your interest
  2. Zoom down to a level that covers your area of interest
  3. In the Seach Categories field select: Yellow Pages
  4. In the Search Queries field select the category of query you desire
  5. Under the Results list you will see the ads meeting your criteria with an equivalent marker on the map.
  6. Click on an ad's line or marker and you will get on the right pane the ad details.

How To Create A DTMaps Yellow Pages Record?
  1. If not yet.. you should first subscribe to DTMaps.
    To do this follow this procedure..
  2. Create your record description using an HTML editor like MS FrontPgae, otherwise you can use a simple text editor. 
  3. Get the URL link of your personal web site. You will use it later.
  4. Enter the Admin option
  5. Login, if not already done.
  6. Select Yellow Pages, Add
  7. Provide the exact profile location using the map element
  8. Kind. Select appropriate value.
  9. Name/Profile/Id. Use here the object's short description.
  10. Description/Details. In here enter the HTML code you provided previously (select only between the HTML and the  /HTML tags) or enter clear texte.
    Do not forget to provide here the ways users will be able to contact you.. 
  11. Link/URL. Enter here the URL link of your personal web site with more details on the Yellow Pages object (if available).
  12. Fill the other fields at your convenience
  13. Click on Submit.
