How To Create A DTMaps RealEstate Record?

DTMaps RealEstate offers both paying and free services.

Free Services. The person consulting the DTMaps RealEstate system has access to the system for free.

Free Trial Period. Every user of DTMaps RealEstate has the possibility to create a record and test it for free for a period of 3 days before he/she pays for a monthly fee.

Paying Services. The person who wants to create a record in the DTMaps RealEstate system should pay a monthly fee to keep the entry visible to all users.

Consultation. DTMaps RealEstate offers a new way to consult the database of announcers by defining a geographical area of interest. The system will isolate the announcers of this area and show them through markers on the map, with their distance from the map center. The user will be able to individually browse the announcers and view their profiles.

The customer is obligated to use the DTMaps RealEstate applications and those of third parties  in accordance with statutory and contractual provisions. The customer agrees in particular that: s/he will deliver all data submitted to DTMaps RealEstate or third parties in the form and quality prescribed by DTMaps RealEstate in accordance with the advertisement publication provisions of the corresponding applications; s/he is entitled to all data s/he has directly or indirectly provided to DTMaps RealEstate or third parties via third parties such as graphics, photos, plans, texts, software and sounds and may use the data within the scope of the contractual agreements with DTMaps RealEstate; the data submitted to DTMaps RealEstateor third parties are complete and true and that s/he continuously keeps the data up to date; s/he accepts the respective terms of use. DTMaps RealEstate reserves the right to modify or completely rework the data submitted by the customer for technical reasons.

1. Select the appropriate DTMaps RealEstate category.
   These categories will be proposed to you when entering the record. E.g.: apartment to sell, apartment to rent, building, garage etc.. 
2. Get digital photos of your real estate object.
   These photos (inside, outside) will be used in the entry. Once you have them, you should place them to your web site in the web.
3. Provide precize geographical instructions.
   You will need to give the geographical position of the object on a map.
4. Describe your object in details.
   All details of the object will be useful for the user. 
5. Describe your oject's immediate environment.
   This is the object's immediate neighborhood.
6. Provide infromation on nearest town
   For objects out in the country, it is important to provide information on nearest town. 
7. Provide object's price and legal aspects
   The object price should be clearly indicated as well as any additional legal aspects that should be taken in consideration. 
8. Building history (if applied)
   Building year, material etc.. 
9. Surface measurements
   Suerface measurements and if possible plans. 
10. Your preferences. Your contact information
    Your own preferences on the end user's profile and your contact information. 

1. In the address field, enter either the town name or address of the area of your interest
   
2. Zoom down to a level that covers your area of interest
   
3. In the Seach Categories field select: Real Estate
   
4. In the Search Queries field select the category of query you desire
   
5. Under the Results list you will see the ads meeting your criteria with an equivalent marker on the map.
   
6. Click on an ad's line or marker and you will get on the right pane the ad details.

1. If not yet.. you should first subscribe to DTMaps.
   To do this follow this procedure..
   
2. Create your record description using an HTML editor like MS FrontPgae, otherwise you can use a simple text editor. 
   
3. Get the URL link of your personal web site. You will use it later.
   
4. Enter the Admin option
   
5. Login, if not already done.
   
6. Select RealEstate, Add
   
7. Provide the exact profile location using the map element
   
8. Kind. Select appropriate value.
   
9. Name/Profile/Id. Use here the object's short description.
   
10. Description/Details. In here enter the HTML code you provided previously (select only between the HTML and the  /HTML tags) or enter clear texte.
    Do not forget to provide here the ways users will be able to contact you.. 
    
11. Link/URL. Enter here the URL link of your personal web site with more details on the real estate object (if available).
    
12. Fill the other fields at your convenience
    
13. Click on Submit.

• Is DTMaps a real estate broker?
  No. DTMaps is an geo location software platform that enables the distriution of real estate ads.
  
• Can I create multiple real estate records?
  Yes. There is no limit to the number of records you can create.
  
• Where should  my photos be stored?
  Your photos should be stored in an external server (your web site) and linked to the DTMaps RealEstate record.
  
• Do you support multiple languages?
  Yes. We support the Unicode set of characters which covers more than 30 languages.
  
• Can I use the mobile or desktop version to access and modify my records?
  Yes. DTMaps  RealEstate interface will run on both types of devices.
  
• How can I stop my record from being displayed?
  Change the Active flag to 0.
  
• My record  is expired. Should I create a new one ?
  No, you can extend the expire date of your record by purchasing a plan.
  
• We are a pbrokers. How can we have DTMaps RealEstate used only by our customers and displaying only our records?
  - Subscribe to DTMaps (global id)
  - Create all records under the global Id and declare all profiles Private.
  - Provide the Global Id and Readonly password to the users.
  - Every user should login under the Settings tab, using the global id and the readonly password.
  They will be able to use DTMaps only with your records..
  
• Can I create records in multiple geographicla areas?
  Yes, you can.
  
• Can I vew/modify my expired record?
  Yes, you can but the record  will not be displayed ot queries of other users.
