DTMaps RealEstate offers both paying and free services. |
||
|
Free Services. The person consulting the DTMaps RealEstate system has access to the system for free. |
||
|
Free Trial Period. Every user of DTMaps RealEstate has the possibility to create a record and test it for free for a period of 3 days before he/she pays for a monthly fee. |
||
|
Paying Services. The person who wants to create a record in the DTMaps RealEstate system should pay a monthly fee to keep the entry visible to all users. |
||
|
Consultation. DTMaps RealEstate offers a new way to consult the database of announcers by defining a geographical area of interest. The system will isolate the announcers of this area and show them through markers on the map, with their distance from the map center. The user will be able to individually browse the announcers and view their profiles. |
||
|

|
General Terms
The customer is obligated to use the DTMaps RealEstate applications and those of third parties in accordance with statutory and contractual provisions. The customer agrees in particular that: s/he will deliver all data submitted to DTMaps RealEstate or third parties in the form and quality prescribed by DTMaps RealEstate in accordance with the advertisement publication provisions of the corresponding applications; s/he is entitled to all data s/he has directly or indirectly provided to DTMaps RealEstate or third parties via third parties such as graphics, photos, plans, texts, software and sounds and may use the data within the scope of the contractual agreements with DTMaps RealEstate; the data submitted to DTMaps RealEstateor third parties are complete and true and that s/he continuously keeps the data up to date; s/he accepts the respective terms of use. DTMaps RealEstate reserves the right to modify or completely rework the data submitted by the customer for technical reasons. |

| If DTMaps RealEstates held responsible by a third party in connection with an agreement with the customer or in connection with the data and/or advertisement provided by the customer, the customer is obligated, when first requested to do so by DTMaps RealEstate, to make available to DTMaps RealEstate all documents and information deemed useful by DTMaps RealEstate for the avoidance of the claims asserted. If DTMaps RealEstate ssued in court by a third party in connection with an agreement with the customer or in connection with the data provided by the customer, the customer is obligated to intervene in the action after a third party notice has been issued. The customer is obligated, in any case, to all assume all court costs and out-of-court costs incurred by DTMaps RealEstate in connection with such claims by third parties and fully indemnify DTMaps RealEstate. | ||
| The customer is fully responsible for the content of the data s/he submits to DTMaps RealEstate, such as online ads and print orders. DTMaps RealEstate rejects any liability for the content submitted by the customer. In particular, DTMaps RealEstate does not warrant or guarantee the goods and services offered or contracts that may result, such as purchase contracts. This also applies to advertisements and print orders that are included by DTMaps RealEstate in the customer's order. | ||
| DTMaps RealEstate is liable only in the event of intent or gross negligence. DTMaps RealEstate is in no case liable for consequential damage and lost profits. If, despite all precautions, DTMaps RealEstate cannot perform its obligations due to events of force majeure such as natural disasters, acts of war, strikes, unforeseen official restrictions, technical failures that are attributable to third parties, the customer shall not be entitled to contract performance for the duration of the event. | ||
| DTMaps RealEstate is not liable for abuse of the Internet and associated damage incurred by the customer via third parties, for security lapses and failures of third-party telecommunications networks and of the Internet or for operating disruptions and failures of the applications and online platforms and of DTMaps RealEstate and of third parties. DTMaps RealEstate assumes no liability for the software of other providers. | ||

| How To Prepare A Real Estate Entry For DTMaps | ||
| The success of the real estate record you will create with DTMaps will depend on the way you will prepare, document and promote the entry. | ||

| DTMaps Real Estate, will not guide you through standard questions that will categorize your item, like brokers' software do. You will be free to describe your item the way you want, Nevertheless, there are some steps that we would suggest you to go through in order to provide an accurate description. | ||

| Once you have all this information, you can use a software tool like: MS Frontpage to prepare an HMTL page. You will be able to insert the HTML code directly to DTMaps Real Estate. | ||
